Training Course Terms and Conditions

Training Courses:

Payment must be received in full prior to the course start date for course attendees (Clients)

All cancellations must be received in writing (email is acceptable) 14 calendar days before the start of the course. Cancellations made after this date will be charged the full course registration fee.

Clients who do not attend on the day will be considered ‘no shows’ and will be charged the full course fee.

Confirmation of your booking will be emailed to you automatically on receipt of your booking. Full joining instructions, including programme timings and special instructions will be sent no later than one week prior to the course or immediately for those booking within one week of the course date.

Please note that no joining instructions or materials will be provided before receiving proof of payment for the course.

Please note, due to circumstances beyond GSO's control, trainers, content and timings may vary. GSO reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule the event if necessary.  In the case of cancellation by GSO a full refund of course fees will be made.  In the event of a re-schedule course fees will be transferred to the new date. Clients who cannot make the revised date should follow the cancellation procedures above, clients will not be required to request cancellation 28 days before the course if the new date makes this impossible. 

 Odoo Software:

GSO will train clients on how to implement Odoo Software Apps as described in the course Description. The implementation of the software is not the responsibility of GSO. The implementation methodology taught is "self- Implementation".

Should the client want GSO to accept responsibility then this should be the subject of a separate contract and Letter of Engagement.

The Client will contract directly with Odoo for the provision of the software and this will be subject to Odoo's terms and conditions

Under no circumstances does GSO accept responsibility for the performance of Odoo's software or for any loss arising from the use of the Odoo software by the Client.
